The Experience
The waiter was matching drinks to my dress and it looked gorgeous and made my eyes happy. The carrots were the best (and I can't stand cooked carrots). Gallery features Southern American-style cuisine crafted with fresh local ingredients from Charlotte-area providers.

Excellent service and fantastic food. The amuse bouche was a tuna tartare sesame cone, followed by sweet potato croquette. I had the herb crusted lamb chop, my wife had the lobster. The 64 degree egg in popcorn grits was delicious and inventive.

Even though the food was amazing, I am not sure it would be same experience inside for what you pay.The service was great as well.
